Jaw Crusher
1. Feed humidity is too high: When the feed humidity is too high, it will increase the risk of clogging of the crusher, making it unable to work. Raw materials with excessive humidity will adhere to the walls of the crushing chamber, affecting the internal space of the crushing chamber and reducing the output of the jaw crusher.
2. The feed particle size is too large: The jaw crusher has certain requirements for the feed particle size. If the feed particle size is too large, the workload of the jaw crusher will be increased, resulting in a decrease in the output of the crusher.
3. The crushing cavity is seriously worn: The crushing cavity of the jaw crusher is the place where crushing operations are mainly carried out. If the crushing cavity is severely worn, it will affect the passage rate of materials in the crushing cavity, resulting in a decrease in output.
4. Conveyor blockage: Jaw crushers are usually used in conjunction with conveyors. Blockage of the conveyor will prevent materials from entering the jaw crusher in time, thus affecting output.
