cone crusher
1. Poor contact
1. There is poor contact between the dynamic cone ball and the spherical bearing. The moving cone of the newly installed cone crusher runs smoothly, but after a period of work, the eccentric bushing and the frame bushing are worn, causing the intersection point of the eccentric axis of the eccentric bushing and the centerline of the frame to move downward, causing eccentricity The axis does not coincide with the center of the spherical bearing, causing imbalance of the moving cone.
2. Poor contact between the taper bushing and the spindle, etc. It can be seen from the scrapped cone bushing that during the load operation of the cone crusher, the moving cone or eccentric bushing is prone to skew, resulting in excessive contact stress between the lower end of the main shaft and the lower end of the cone bushing, which is easy to cause the cone crusher to collapse. If the main shaft breaks, it will easily cause the moving cone to become unbalanced.
2. Reasons for the nature of work
When the cone crusher is crushing ore, the moving cone will generate inertia force and inertia moment against the fixed suspension point during operation. These forces act on the frame and easily cause vibration of the frame and deflection of the eccentric bushing. Although balancing measures have been taken in the design to reduce the influence of this inertial force, after the equipment has been operated for a long time, the dynamic cone imbalance will inevitably occur.
3. Poor lubrication
If the gap between the cone bushings of the moving cone of the cone crusher is very small, it will affect the normal operation of the moving cone in production. On the other hand, if the moving cone bushing and the main bearing are not well lubricated after working for a long time, or the moving cone is insufficiently lubricated due to deterioration of lubricating oil, etc., forced friction will occur between the moving cone and the moving cone. Severe friction between other parts will cause imbalance of the moving cone.
