1. Before replacing the hammer, the material at the crusher mouth should be cleaned up to prevent debris from blocking the crushing chamber and affecting the replacement of the hammer.
2. Fix the rotor disc of the impact crusher in a suitable position, then use a special tool to cut the hammer fixing bolts and pull them out, and cut off the bulges caused by wear on both sides of the hammer.
3. Support the hammer to pull out the pin shaft, and move the removed hammer, pin shaft, fixing sleeve, and bolt to one side to avoid affecting the construction.
4. Lift the new hammer to the crusher mouth, and when prying the hammer with a pipe or crowbar, you must support the hammer to prevent it from sliding to one side and injuring people.
5. Build a pipe from the grate bed to the crusher rotor, push the hammer head to the appropriate position, make sure the hammer head is facing downward, and then install the fixing sleeve, pin shaft, and bolts.
6. Before installing the hammer head, check the weight of the hammer head one by one, try to ensure the balance of the rotor, and check the wheel after installation. After the hammer head is installed, spot weld all the bolts.
7. Turn the rotor body to observe the gap between the hammer head and the screen plate, and adjust the screen plate if necessary.
