In the process of beating and crushing, the amount of dust in the impact crusher not only increases, but also the impact plate will be worn after long-term impact, or the impact plate surface will fall off, which will cause the sealing of the impact crusher to be greatly reduced and aggravate the dust pollution.

When the impact crusher crushes materials, it does so through multi-stage crushing and grinding in the crushing chamber. The material is crushed to a smaller fineness and powder particles are easy to fly out during operation.
