Cone crushers
1. High ore hardness
During the operation of the cone crusher, if the hardness of the crushed material is too high or the force is too large, it will bring an abnormally high impact force and impact force to the crushing chamber, which will accelerate the wear and tear of the crushing chamber if it lasts for a long time. Therefore, when feeding the cone crusher, special attention should be paid to the hardness and particle size of the material within the design range of the cone crusher.

2. Too much residual material in the cavity
The crushing principle of the cone crusher is the lamination and crushing of materials. Under normal circumstances, a small amount of material accumulates in the crushing cavity during the operation of the cone crusher to protect the crushing cavity from material damage. However, if the material accumulates too much in the crushing cavity, the effect will be counterproductive: too much material accumulation during the crushing period will cause the required crushed material to be crushed without enough space to be crushed. At this time, the crusher will automatically increase the crushing force to complete the crushing of the material. Fully crushed, excessive pressure can easily cause damage to the crushing chamber. Therefore, the accumulation of materials in the crushing cavity should be carried out according to one's ability, and the material should be properly piled up, and it is not suitable to pile up too much material to cause damage to the crushing cavity.
3. The crushing cavity is blocked
When the crushing equipment is working, if the crushing cavity is blocked, it will seriously affect the crushing efficiency and output, and it will also bring serious wear to the crushing cavity. When the cone crusher encounters the blockage of the crushing cavity, the material cannot be quickly discharged from the discharge port, and the material will accumulate in the crushing cavity. At the same time, the fixed cone and the moving cone continue to crush the material, thus As a result, the materials in the crushing cavity are continuously impacted and collided, resulting in abnormal wear and damage of the crushing cavity.
4. The quality of the crushing cavity is poor
The material of the crushing chamber is closely related to the wear of the crushing chamber. The material of the crushing chamber is poor in toughness and wear resistance, and the service life is naturally short. Especially when crushing materials with high hardness, it is easy to wear the crushing chamber, so when choosing the material of the crushing chamber, try to use the original material configured by the original factory to reduce the wear and tear caused by the material.
