1. Abnormal vibration of the frame
The position of the jaw crusher groove wheel counterweight block has been offset, and the frame vibrates without the counterweight block. The frame will jump abnormally during operation. The frame jump increases the workload and vibration of the jaw crusher, causing the movable jaw to fail to operate normally; the bearing part is placed in the fixing bushing. When the fixing bushing has abnormal axial swing, the bearing jumps, and the movable jaw collides and rubs with other parts of the equipment to generate heat.
2. The amount of lubricating oil injected
The movable jaw is the main operating part. The amount of oil in the bearing should be appropriate, neither too little nor too much. When the movable jaw bearing is oilless due to lack of lubricating oil, the friction phenomenon intensifies and the temperature of the movable jaw rises accordingly, or the amount of lubricating oil injected into the bearing is too large, which will also cause the lubrication work to fail. The large friction of the bearing causes the temperature of the movable jaw to rise abnormally.
3. The quality of lubricating oil
The lubricating oil hole is blocked by dust, etc., and the oil cannot enter the part that needs lubrication when the lubricating oil is added. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the jaw crusher has a good lubrication state. In addition to using suitable lubricating oil and refueling in time, it is also necessary to clean the bearing surface frequently to ensure that the oil hole is unobstructed and there is no blockage, which prevents the oil from entering.
4. Failure of other parts
Failure of some parts inside the jaw crusher will also cause abnormal operation of the movable jaw and abnormal temperature rise. Damage to the bearing or damage to the frame will cause the above situation. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the timely discovery of the operation and friction of various parts of the equipment and replace the damaged parts in time to ensure that the equipment can operate smoothly. The end cover connected to the movable jaw sealing sleeve generates a lot of heat due to friction when the movable jaw is running, or the double embedded cover of the frame bearing seat and the main shaft generate heat due to friction when the movable jaw is running, causing the movable jaw to heat up.
