A spring cone crusher requires shutdown and manual cleaning after overload, while a multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher can automatically release overload and clear the cavity through its hydraulic system, quickly resuming production and significantly improving the equipment's efficiency and continuity.
Feeding issues: Uneven feeding, segregation (separation of large and small materials), or excessively wet feeding (moisture content exceeding 5%) can all lead to vibration and noise. Non-crushable material ingress: Although there is overload protection, the ingress of metal or other foreign objects is still a major cause of sudden, severe vibration. Component wear or poor lubrication: Such as worn transmission gears or poor lubrication of the copper bushings.
Mainly through two aspects: First, using the principle of layered crushing to ensure that the material is subjected to uniform action within the cavity; second, precisely adjusting the discharge port size through a fully hydraulic system. Operators can remotely adjust the system as needed, and the system can stably maintain the set parameters to ensure consistent output particle size.
Feeding Control: Ensure the feed is fully compacted, meaning the material level is above the distributor plate, and maintain uniform and centered feeding to avoid unilateral wear. Lubrication System Monitoring: Closely monitor the return oil temperature (recommended not to exceed 55°C) and oil cleanliness, and regularly replace or clean the filter. Dust Seal Inspection: Regularly check the condition of the labyrinth seal to ensure it effectively prevents dust from entering the lubrication system.
