1. Reasonably reduce the humidity of the material

The texture of the material is the key to affecting the output. If the water content in the material is large, the material is easy to adhere to the crushing chamber, which is easy to cause blockage during the feeding process, thereby reducing the production capacity of the impact crusher. Therefore, for materials with a high moisture content, the method of drying or drying in advance can be adopted to reasonably reduce the humidity of the material and improve the capacity of the impact crusher.

2. Pre-screening materials in advance

The material entering the cavity directly determines the effect of sand making and crushing. If the material before crushing contains a large number of large pieces of high-hardness ore, it will inevitably increase the crushing time of the material in the crushing chamber and reduce the impact crushing performance; if the material before crushing contains a lot of fine powder, it will cause adhesion to affect the conveying and feeding, thereby reducing the capacity of the impact crusher. Therefore, the material should be pre-screened in advance so that the material entering the crushing chamber meets the design requirements of the impact crusher. In addition, to improve the capacity of the impact crusher, sufficient material resources must be supplied in a timely and efficient manner to ensure production progress and output.

3. Reasonably increase the power of the main motor

Within the range of rated motor power, the greater the power of the main motor, the higher the production efficiency and capacity of the impact crusher. Therefore, within the allowable range, the power of the main motor can be increased to increase the capacity of the impact crusher.

4. Appropriately increase the speed of the rotor

The speed of the rotor is one of the important working parameters of the impact crusher, which plays a decisive role in its capacity, product particle size, and crushing ratio. With the increase of the rotor speed, the production capacity and crushing ratio of the impact crusher will increase significantly, and the product particle size will be relatively fine, thereby increasing the output and quality of the finished product and bringing greater economic benefits to the enterprise. However, as the rotor speed increases, the power will gradually be consumed, resulting in faster wear of the hammer and increased production costs, so the speed should be appropriately increased during production.

5. Sufficient materials

In addition to the crushing equipment itself, the materials are also the same. There must be sufficient material resources to ensure that, for example, limestone, river pebbles, pebbles, etc. can be supplied in a timely and efficient manner, so as not to affect the production progress and output.
