
1. Leakage of the main valve. After a long period of work, the main valve under the hydraulic cylinder of the cone crusher will cause fatigue of the spring in the main valve or impurities in the hydraulic oil, which will cause the pressure set by the main valve to drop or leak due to poor sealing, causing a large amount of oil return in the hydraulic system and the main shaft to drop rapidly. Then carefully observe whether the main valve has oil return, judge the status of the main valve, and the main valve with leakage needs to be cleaned or replaced.
2. The safety valve is damaged. The function of the safety valve is to ensure the pressure value of the system. The set value may change under long-term work. The ball valve after closing the safety valve can be observed to observe the lifting and lowering status of the moving cone, and then judge whether it is damaged. If it is damaged, it should be replaced in time.
3. The control valve is damaged. There are generally two control valve blocks in the hydraulic system. It is a special flow-touching one-way valve. The cone crusher lifts or lowers the moving cone when it is unloaded. The state of the moving cone can be checked to analyze the control valve state. If the moving cone has not changed, the control valve block should be replaced.
4. Wear of the hydraulic cylinder V-type seal. There is a V-shaped seal ring on the hydraulic cylinder piston. Its purpose is to isolate the hydraulic oil and lubricating oil. If this seal ring is damaged or worn, it will cause the hydraulic oil and lubricating oil to mix, affecting the normal operation of the main shaft. It can be judged by observing the lubricating oil level. If the horizontal axis lubricating oil is not missing, and the main lubricating oil level rises, it means that the seal ring is worn and needs to be replaced.
5. Air is mixed in the hydraulic oil. When replacing damaged or worn hydraulic components, air will remain in the hydraulic pipeline, and the gas compression ratio is large, which will cause the hydraulic cylinder to rise and fall unsteadily. Therefore, after replacing the hydraulic components, open the vent valve to discharge the air in the pipeline.
6. Hydraulic pipeline leakage. During the production of cone crusher, the hydraulic pipeline will vibrate and cause friction between other accessories, resulting in serious damage and leakage. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the inspection and maintenance of the hydraulic pipeline and replace it in time if it is damaged.
