1. Toggle plate fracture

Solution: Control the feed particle size, ensure that the feed size is appropriate and the supply is uniform, and adjust the size of the discharge port in time.
Reason 2: Non-crushed objects enter and are blocked at the bottom of the crushing chamber, and the toggle plate material has insufficient force performance.
Solution: Clean foreign objects regularly and set up a foreign object blocking detection device to prevent non-crushed objects from entering the crushing chamber.
Reason 3: The installation of the toggle plate is not standardized and reasonable, and the toggle plate and the toggle plate pad are not parallel and there is a deviation.
Solution: Ensure that the installation surface of the toggle plate is smooth and flat, and replace the toggle plate and the worn toggle plate pad in time.
Reason 4: The casting has serious casting defects, such as: the movable jaw has air hole defects during the casting process, the movable jaw shifts during the operation process, and collides with the frame guard plate, which leads to the toggle plate breaking.
Solution: Choose a regular large manufacturer to cooperate.
2. Toggle plate falls off
Reason 1: Changes in material properties: such as fragility, hardness, feed size, density, etc., and the jaw crusher has not been adjusted in time.
Solution: Reasonably select the model and parameters of the crusher according to the properties of the material to avoid equipment contamination load operation.
Reason 2: The toggle plate is not parallel to the toggle plate seat and there is a deviation. When the movable jaw moves up, the toggle plate seat is deflected after being stressed and is not parallel to the toggle plate, and the toggle plate is easy to fall out of the toggle plate seat.
Solution: Timely maintenance of the toggle plate seat.
Reason 3: The pull rod spring fails, the spring of the pull rod is damaged or loose, the nut is out of place, and the tension of the tension spring is insufficient, causing the toggle plate to fall off.
Solution: Regularly adjust the spring force or replace the spring.
Reason 4: The material feeding position is unreasonable, and the material directly hits the upper movable jaw cover, causing the liner to fall off.
Solution: Ensure that the feeding position needs to act on the rear wall of the hopper, and improve the skill level of the operator, standardize the operation process, and avoid equipment damage caused by improper operation.
In addition, the reason for the toggle plate to fall off may also be that the slide groove of the toggle plate seat and the machine base is worn, the motor wiring position is reversed, the toggle plate is improperly installed, etc. The specific reasons need to be judged according to the actual situation, and corresponding measures should be taken in time to repair it.
3. The toggle plate seat is seriously worn
Reason 1: The contact surface between the toggle plate and the toggle plate seat is not parallel or skewed, resulting in uneven force during the crushing process and aggravated wear.
Solution: Ensure that the contact surface between the toggle plate and the toggle plate seat is parallel and fits tightly to avoid deflection or looseness.
Reason 2: The equipment has been running under load for a long time, improper maintenance, or failure to replace the severely worn toggle plate or toggle plate seat in time.
Solution: Strengthen the maintenance and care of the equipment, regularly check the wear of key components such as the toggle plate seat, and replace severely worn components in time.
